Secondary Framing Installation
Install purlins, girts, eave struts, and permanent bracing systems.
Final Alignment & Bolting
Square, level, and align the entire structure; fully tighten all bolts per specifications.
Structural Stability Check
Ensure the frame is secure, properly braced, and ready for the next phase of construction.
Metal Cladding
Preparation & Material Inspection
Check all metal panels, trims, fasteners, and accessories for damage before installation. Ensure proper tools and safety equipment are ready.
Roof Panel Installation Start at the eave and work toward the ridge.
Secure panels with screws or clips per manufacturer specifications.
Seal all seams to prevent water penetration.
Wall Panel Installation Begin from one corner, working horizontally or vertically depending on design.
Align panels for a clean, even finish.
Fasten panels securely and ensure proper overlap at seams.
Trims & Flashing Install edge trims, closures, and flashing around openings, eaves, ridges, and corners.
Ensure all penetrations (vents, pipes) are sealed properly.
Final Inspection & Touch-Ups Check panels for alignment, secure fasteners, and proper sealing.
Verify all trim and flashing are properly installed to ensure a weather-tight building envelope.
